He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Goin and Margretta Goin Jr. (Adams). He is survived by: his children, Steve Wayne Goin of Bucyrus, OH and Angel Freeman (Josh) of Bucyrus, OH; his grandchildren, Christopher David Randall (Hayley) of Tiffin, OH, Cassandra Lillian-Dale Randall of Bucyrus, OH and Carson Wayne Cole of Bucyrus, OH; his great grandchildren, Coletin and Daniel; and his siblings, Mary Louise Westberg (Ronald) of Martinsburg, Randy Allen Goin Sr. (Phyllis) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Dennis Lee Goin (Jeanne) of Bucyrus, OH and Angela Sue Ayers (Jerry) of Willard, OH. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
