He is survived by: his wife Helen Mary Matthews; his children, Tony Michalek (Virginia), Steve Michalek (Deanna), Becky Clady (Chuck), Kristina Nye (Cliff), Ron Michalek and Madonna Stewart (Todd); his siblings, Joseph Michalek (Vickie) and Josephine Pollock; his sister-in-law Ruth Michalek; his grandchildren, Andrew Michalek, Amy Michalek, Stephanie Michalek, Samantha Michalek, Tara Maglott (Aaron), Michael Hassinger, Jakhob Clady, Jordan Clady, Isaac Nye, Emma Nye, Nicholas Michalek, Mara Stewart and Alena Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Emmalyn Maglott, Eli Maglott, Avonlea Maglott and Mila Hassinger.
