He was predeceased by: his father George Carter; and his great grandchild Lakelyn. He is survived by: his children, William Carter of Sulphur Springs, OH, Jennie Lawhun (Isaac Toliver) of Powell, OH and Richard Carter of Camron, NC. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and 1 brother.
The family suggest memorials be in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society or Avita Hospice through the funeral home.
