He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar "Bud" Parker and Mary Parker Frost (Louis); his stepfather Theodore "Ted" Frost; and his siblings, Allen Parker, Barbara Parker and Debbie Grasley.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Bursa; his children, Robin Keller (Jason) of Erie, Ted Parker of Bucyrus and Tim Parker of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Logan, Ellie and Chloe Keller; and his siblings, Gary Parker (Teresa) of Bucyrus and Kim Frost of Nevada.
