He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blaine and Olive Marie Hart (Neagle); and his siblings, Mary Fern Lewman, Ruth Brown, Jerry "Bill" Hart and Pearl Blaine Hart.
He is survived by: his sons, Warren Paul Hart (Sherry), Christopher Francis Hart (Tammy), Craig Collins and Gregory Collins (LaDonna); his grandchildren, Kyle, Connar, Caleb, Brody, Tyler, Noah Hart and Misty Dawn Collins; and his sister Barbara Sue Hart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:55 PM at the Wise Funeral Service (129 W Warren St, Bucyrus, OH 44820). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the Mount Hermon Cemetery.
