He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Lewis and Edna Lewis (Stander); and his siblings, Grace Lawhun, Teddy, George and Donald Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Lewis; his children, Ronald Lee Lewis of Bucyrus, Chad Lewis (Amy) of Bucyrus and Sherry Laser (Lowell) of Bucyrus; and his siblings, Ed (Kim McFarland) of Bucyrus, Rose Mary Butler, Charlotte Cooper (Roger) of Vanceburg and Betty Sherman (Robert) of Bucyrus. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
