He is survived by: his son Ronnie Joe Sweeney Jr. of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Dalton Sweeney (Mahalia) of Troy, OH, Garrett and Savannah of Bucyrus; his siblings, Sam Sweeney (Anne) of Bucyrus, Barbara Mutter and Debra Flores of McCarr, KY; and his sister-in-law Ruth Sweeney.
