We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 82, Rose Ann Carter of Bucyrus, Ohio, born in Harrison, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father David Conkel; her nephews, Tim Conkel and Martin Conkel; and also Roy Conkel. She is survived by : her mother Pheobe Conkel (Seibert); her husband Charles Carter; her children, Dustin, Joella, Haley, Shelby, Natalie, Octavia, Alex, Cory, Eli, Adler, Garrus, Colt and Kooper; her sisters-in-law, Mary Conkel, Sandy Conkel and Donna Conkel; her close friends, Glenn and Katey Nickelson; and also, Clara Rule of Portsmouth, Ray Conkel of Bucyrus, Clarence Conkel of Portsmouth and William Conkel of Portsmouth.
