She was predeceased by : her father Ralph J. Claus Sr.; her stepfather Bud Young; her brothers, Ralph Claus Jr. and Gene Claus; and her stepsiblings, Ernie Young, John Young, Mary Ward, Pat Fogus, Alvie Wellman and Barb Spurlock.

She is survived by : her brothers, Bob Claus of Shelby, Richard Claus of Centerburg, Fred Claus (Donna) of Galion and Tom Claus (Jackie) of North Robinson; her sisters-in-law, Brenda Claus and Peggy Claus; her stepsiblings, Jim Young (Sisco), Bob Young (Janice), Larry Young (Diane) and Gloria Angel (Carl); and her extended family Beth Bloomfield (Ryan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
