He is survived by: his wife Shirley Shaffer (Reynolds); his stepchildren, John Brady (Jackie), Michelle Brady and Chris Shaw; his brothers, Gregory Shaffer (Leslie) and James Shaffer (Tina); his stepgrandsons, Tyler Brady and Gage Brady (Kristy); his great grandchild Elliett; his nieces and nephews, Kristin Roseman (Karl), Bryan Shaffer (Catherine), Bret Shaffer (Raquel), David Shaffer (Natalie), Daniel Shaffer (Kathleen), Karyn Wilson (Mike), Kristy Spaeth (Matt), Salina Pierce and Bethany Pierce (Kevin Wasik); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Caden, Eleanor, Amelia, Logan, Isabella, Anna, James, Danny, Maggie, Austin, Ryan, Luke, Jake, Joey, Mikey, Axl, Sophia, Marshall, Madeline, Stella and Molly.
