He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Bud" Chatlain and Elaine Chatlain (Uvanni); and his brothers, Dean and Duane Chatlain. He is survived by: his wife Judy Montgomery; his sons, Jake Chatlain (Jordanne) of Pataskala, Adam Chatlain (Samantha) of Gahanna and Zach Chatlain (Mackenzie) of Marion; his grandchildren, Jackson, Kolsen, Palmer and Kylan; his brother Brad Chatlain (Lisa) of Lewisville; his stepsister Diane Moore (Rod) of Powell; and his sister-in-law Linda Chatlain of Bloomville.
