He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kemmeter and Rosalie Kemmeter; and his sister Mary Katherine Barr. He is survived by: his girlfriend Delores "Dee" Mitchell of Buford; and his nephew Steven Barr of California.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Megie Funeral Home & Crematory - Craver (529 Main St, Milford, OH 45150). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Buford Cemetery.
