He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sweazy; his children, Seth Ballard (Alden) of Wyoming, Sara Portis (Gregory) of Norton and Benjamin Ballard of Burbank; his grandchildren, Jordan and Andrew; and his brothers, Robert Ballard (Holly) of Norton and Carl Ballard of Westerville.
