He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perry and Agnes Perry (Fowler); and his brother Gerald Perry. He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Christine E. Blackford (Jeremy) of River Falls, Matthew Wayne Perry of Burghill and Carolyn E. Prall (Douglas) of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; his grandchildren, Caleb Hindt, Micah Hindt (Abby), Joshua Hindt, Jacob Blackford, Alex Prall and Bella Prall; his great grandchild Wrenlee Hindt; and his siblings, Lois Fenstermaker of Findlay and David Perry (GayAnn) of Tiffin, Ohio.
