He is survived by: his children, John Kosta Jr. (Diana) of Republic and Teresa Hoschar of Bascom; his grandchildren, Tiffanie, Kendra, Taylor and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Lilah, Amelia, Ali, Jackson and Tommie.
