She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wolczyk and Josephine Wolczyk; her husbands, Nicholas Tishko and Adams Kapela; her son Paul; and her siblings, Genevive Novak, Steve, Maximillian and Stanley Wolczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Mayo Theresa (late Charles) and Thomas Tishko (Barbara); her sister Adele Goik; and her grandchildren, Blaze Tishko (Laura), Michael Tishko (Jennifer), Nicholas Tishko (Sarah), Kristen Miller (Matthew), Jessica Vince, Chazz Mayo and Ginger Mayo (Steve). She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
