We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2024, at the age of 87, Janet L. Phillips in Burton, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James K. Fredenburg Sr. and Marjorie Fredenburg (Maxwell); her close friend Wesley P. McCoy; and her brother James K. Fredenburg Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Paul Phillips, Richard Phillips, William Phillips, Robert A. Wells Jr. and Rebecca Sue Kukla; and her siblings, Donald W. Fredenburg, Judy L. Kupko and Patricia Foster-Stoltz. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren, 10 great- great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home (667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
