He is survived by: his wife Diane Lukasik (Richards); his daughters, Sandy Lukasik of Aurora, OH, Shannon Lanesky (Anton) of Hiram, OH and Kelly Shively (John) of Middlefield, OH; his grandchildren, Julianna, Danielle, Johnny, Anton, Brennan, Cole, Peyton, Jordan and Alexis; and his brothers, Tom Lukasik (Linda) of Florida and John Lukasik of Nevada.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (16150 Center St, Middlefield, OH 44080). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Edward's Catholic Church (16150 Center St, Middlefield, OH 44080).
