She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Sprague and Catherine "Betty" Sprague (Yunkes); and her sister Carol Sprague. She is survived by: her husband Ray Adkins; her children, David Adkins and Michelle Montgomery; her grandchildren, Garrett Adkins, Grace Adkins, Asia Montgomery (Matt Moser), Russell Eichelburger and Cailyn Montgomery; and her siblings, Harold Sprague Jr., Richard Sprague and Lucy Felger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
