He is survived by: his children, Ashley Kean (John Hoar) of Bellville, Donald Johnson of Bellville and Danielle Johnson of Fredericktown; his grandchildren, JC Hoar, Dalton Kean of Bellville, Braden, Kenna, Gracelynn Gump of Fredericktown and Nicole Lester (Johnson); his children, Brent Howell (Bri) of Bellville and Courtney Cole of Howard; his mother Karen Johnson (Sovine) of Butler; his sisters, Lucinda Ward (Kerry) of Loudonville, Betty Johnson of Butler and Michelle Crawford (Ron) of Butler; and his close friend Dave Bolles of Butler.
