He is survived by : his wife Tari Pfoutz of Butler; his sons, Matthew of Kansas City, Tyler (Charla) of Fredericktown and Sloan (Ally) of Butler; his grandchildren, Jozy and Dax; his brothers, Biff (Vickie) of Florida, Kip (Violet) of Bellville and Rod of Butler; and his siblings-in-law, Charla Irvin (David) of Bellville, Pat Martin (David) of New Albany, Jeff of Shelby and David of Mansfield.
