He is survived by: his sons, James Kempton Jr. (Caroline), Joel Kempton, Jeff Kempton (Melissa) and Mark Muth (Regina); his sister Carolynn Vogelmann (Bob); his former wife Sharon Kempton; and his grandchildren, Victoria Kempton, Dominic Kempton, Chris Muth (Amanda) and Lindsay Esch. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and 3 great grandchildren.
