He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Deane of Butler; his children, Jodie Dugan (Travis) of Apple Valley, Angie Peterson (Reid) of Bellville, Darla Schirf (Tim) of Granville and Joshua Deane of Butler; his sister Sharon Harned (Robert) of Spring City; his grandchildren, Riley (Taylor), Ryan, Rhett, Ashley Peterson, Brendan, Jacob Schirf and Haley Dugan; and his great grandchildren, Eliana and Ryker Peterson. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Bellville Butler Chapel (81 Mill Rd, Bellville, OH 44813). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
