He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Clark and Ruth E. Clark; and his siblings, Evelyn Stapleton and Robert Clark. He is survived by: his children, Diane Long (Joseph), Sandra Uhrig (John), Karen Clark and Roger Clark; and his grandchildren, Ashley (Bryon), Jonathan, Cody, Joshua (Emily) and Brandon (Kate). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice in Richard's memory.
