He is survived by: his wife Anna Lynn Modock Jones; his daughter Georgianna Parsons (Scott) of Cambridge; his stepson James Derek Mitchell (Charity) of Clay City, Illinois; his grandsons, Jake Parsons (Sophie) and Cole Parsons (Camryn Gebhart); his great grandchild Emme Parsons; and his siblings, Dorothy Foreman of Caldwell, Betsy Coler (Bud) of Hiramsburg, Barbara Jones of Cambridge, Paul Jones (Jane) of Caldwell, Jerry Jones (Charlene) of Cumberland and Jim Jones (Shari) of Belle Valley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
