He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Weekley (Knowlton). He is survived by: his children, Kahley Starcher (Cody) of Charleston, SC and Joel Lynn Weekley III; his grandson William James Starcher; his father J. Lynn Weekley; his siblings, Joshua Weekley and Jocelyn Flowers (Chad); his nephew Kahle Flowers; and his nieces, Jude and Maeve Flowers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a Veterans' Organization in Joel's memory.
