He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rucker and Audrey Rucker (Georgousis); his parents-in-law, Louis and Erna Vaughan; his sisters, Sherry Aselage and Teresa Kinney; and his brother-in-law Duke Vaughan.
He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Rucker; his children, Stacy Millice (John) and Mark Rucker; his grandchildren, Audra and Ashtyn Millice; his sisters, Tonya Allbery (Bob) and Kim Krug; and his siblings-in-law, Clem Aselage, Steve Kinney and Linda Richardson (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Friends Church (3470 Kennard-Kingscreek Rd, Cable, OH 43009). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
