With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arnold Ray Helmick Sr. of Cadiz, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Helmick and Helen Helmick (Bennett); his children, Elizabeth Button, Thomas Helmick and Arnold Ray Helmick, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jodylynn Roberts and Angel Johns; and his siblings, Linda Waymire (Ronald) and Gerry Helmick.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Ann Helmick; his children, Amelia Wise (Dave), Rosemary Roberts (Randall), Sheree Kandel, William D. Helmick, Sr. and Lori Helmick-Winesickle; his siblings, Donna Jekubik (Gary) and Richard Helmick (Lucy); and his sister-in-law Susan Helmick. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
