She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. Hawk and Ann Hawk (Hutchinson); and her sister Deanna Thompson of Cadiz, Ohio.. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Lee (Dianna) of Louisville and Steve Lee (Hope) of Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, Morgan Lee-Barton (Michelle), Hannah Lee and Grace Lee; her son Brian; and her sisters, Karen Williams of Lake Worth, Gay Hawk of Chesterfield, Virginia and Jackie Dunlap of Cadiz, Ohio..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Valley Church (35500 Cadiz-Dennison Rd, Cadiz, OH 43907). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
