He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Paul and Glenda Sue Moore (Mann); his wife Kaci Sue Costella Moore; his children, Ashlee, Taylor and Brayden Moore; his stepson Wesley; and his brothers, Nelson (Krista) and Nathan Moore (Susan). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
