He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed and JoAnne; and his father-in-law Lowell Hostetler. He is survived by: his wife Glenda McCartney Dulkoski; his daughters, Kasey (Michael) and Abbey; and his mother-in-law Sandra Hostetler.
