She was predeceased by: her parents, William White and Frances White (Maple). She is survived by: her husband Anthony Lewis "Lew" Dewalt; her daughters, Beth Ann Dewalt and Melissa Dewalt (Dave); her granddaughter Olivia Grace Dewalt (River); and her sister Dee Ann Perry.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home (172 S Main St, Cadiz, OH 43907). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
