He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jones and Edith Bell Jones; his wife Constance Lyn Wheeler Jones; and his siblings, Dickie, Larry, Gordon, Fritz, Mike, Elaine, Joann, Ellen, Donna and Sharon.
He is survived by: his son Preston Jones (Rhandii); his granddaughters, Olivia and Emma Jones; and his sisters, Roberta (Rick) and Toni.
