She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Dunlap and Martha Ilene McMannis Dunlap; her son Donald Wayne "Donnie" Cusick; her grandson John Walter Smith; and her sisters, Bonnie Stewart and Joyce Maxwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Michelle Smith (Clay) and Breanna Nicole Hinerman (Ronald); her daughter-in-law Bobbi Jo Brooks (Cusick); her grandchildren, Cylene Wood (Paden), Brooke Smith, Dalton McAfee (Courtney), Ronald Hinerman and Hailee Hinerman; her great grandchildren, Jaiden, Brydon, Cyden and Paxton; and her siblings, Phyllis Best (Art) and Woodie Dunlap. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
