He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Wayne and Mary Lou Elliott Chaney. He is survived by: his sister Lou Ann; his brother-in-law Jim Dowdle of Cadiz; his nieces, Lindsay Dowdle of Barnesville and Abby Dowdle of Cadiz, Ohio; and his pets, Samantha and Stella.
