He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Jack" Whitlatch and Barbara Anne Cole Whitlatch; his wife Nancy Kay Whitlatch; and his brother Thomas Whitlatch. He is survived by: his cousins, Danny Whitehair (Christine) of Tennessee, Bill Whitehair of Jewett and Billie Jo Minnick of Tennessee; his close friends, Rev. Craig Haney (Mary Ellen), Rev. Jessica Kerr (Jason), Matt Dowdle (Robin) and Goran Zarkovic (Angela); and his pet Zeba.
