We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, at the age of 71, Nelson Sandy of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Alton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sandy and Mary Katherine Wilfong Sandy; and his siblings, Truman, Dorsey, Glen, Hoye, Ronnie, Jerry Sandy, Wanda, Wilda and Maxine.

He is survived by : his children, Deanna Watkins (Jay) and Joshua Sandy (Stacey); his brother Macel Sandy; his grandchildren, Ashley and Madison; and his sisters, Judy and Shirley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
