He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie Tice McCartney. He is survived by: his father Richard E. McCartney, Sr.; his siblings, Tawnya Cadegan, Angel Bennett (Troy), Jessee, Jacob and Dave Rubins; his children, Michelle Renee Bennedict, Michael Walenciej and Ireland McCartney; and his close friend Bill Dawson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
