Richard H. Erow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025, at the age of 97, Richard H. Erow of Cadiz, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Erow and Marie Erow of Howard, Ohio; and his parents-in-law, Homer and Hazel Moreland. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Moreland Erow; and his children, Jackie Stewart (Bill) of Las Vegas, Judy Stallings of Las Vegas, Joy Barcroft (Bill) of Cadiz, Jeanie Saunders (David) of North Carolina, Terry Vaughn of Florida and Jeff Erow (Marianne) of Fredericktown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ (139 N Main St, Cadiz, OH 43907). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his favorite charity, the Harrison County Crusaders, or to Liza's Place of Valley Hospice in Wheeling, where he spent his final days cared for, pampered, and loved.
