He is survived by : his wife Kathy Dulkoski Stackhouse; his daughters, Jessica Stackhouse (Jesse Friend) and Angela Mazeroski; his stepdaughter Kelsey Eckley (Tony Colacito); and his brothers, Steve Stackhouse of Cadiz, Larry Stackhouse (Diane) of Wintersville, Jerry Stackhouse (Joyce) of Cadiz, Vance (Glendean) of Cadiz and Michael Stackhouse (Charity) of Cannonsburg, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I’m not sure what to say other than Rick was a great person!! Rick and mike meant a lot to me when I was younger. I have no doubt in my mind that he was a great husband and father. I know this loss was hard on me and my prayers go out to his whole family and this all came at such a young age.
