He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stackhouse and Mary Sefsick Stackhouse; his son Steven Stackhouse; his brother Richard "Rick" Stackhouse; his niece Lacey Stackhouse; and his sister-in-law Glendean Stackhouse.
He is survived by: his brothers, Larry Stackhouse (Diane) of Wintersville, Jerry Stackhouse (Joyce) of Cadiz, Vance Stackhouse of Cadiz and Michael Stackhouse (Charity) of Cannonsburg, Pennsylvania; and his sister-in-law Kathy Stackhouse (Richard) of Cadiz.
