He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Spiker and Elizabeth Spiker. He is survived by: his wife Carole Evans; and his sons, Ed (Jeanie), Bill (Karen) and Doug (Stephenie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Scott United Methodist Church (817 E Market St, Cadiz, OH 43907).
