He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert B. Clark and Nellie M. Anderson Clark; his daughter Coni Caye Clark; and his brother Michael Clark. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Foreman Clark; his children, Dale Brent Clark (Charlene) of Byesville, Brian Alexander Clark (Denise) of Caldwell, Angela Ann McElroy (Alvin) of Caldwell and Jessica Jolleen Hagans (Aaron) of Coshocton; his siblings, Janice Milliken (Dave) of Barnesville, Linda Winegardner (Gary) of Caldwell, Judith O'Donnell (Jerry) of Caldwell, Janet Harding (Jeff) of Caldwell, Dennis Clark of Caldwell and Gary Clark (Connie) of Caldwell; and his pets, Missy and Cleo. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
