He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, T. Eileen Booth Hastings of Cambridge and E. Carroll Roe; his wife Carol A. Winberg Roe; his daughter Kari L Roe Matson of Caldwell; his stepchildren, Nathan T. Smith (Julie) of Sarahsville, Angie N. Williams (Keith "Batman") of Caldwell, Andrea M. DiLorenzo (Tony "Scruff") of Grafton and Michael T. Ramage of Marietta; and his siblings, Steven B. Roe (Sherry) of Caldwell and Susan D. Stottsberry (Rick) of Cumberland. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
