She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Dewey Parks and Belva Gant Parks; her siblings, Gerald Parks and Lorraine Combs; her son Craig W. Rich; and also, William H. Rich and John A. Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Milligan (Terry) of Mt. Ephraim and Chris Rich (Lisa) of Mt. Ephraim; her grandchildren, Jaime Pfeffer (Ryan), Stacey Sands (Joseph), Jennifer Dalke (Eric), Jared Rich (Mary), Billy Rich (Alex), Becca Mobley (Billy) and Morgan Mallett (Kurt); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Abby, Alex, Kimber, Matt, William, Caroline, Catherine, Craig, Jayden, Collins, Cameron, Carter, Drue, Bowan and Makenna; her great great grandchild Dawson; and her stepdaughters, Martha Jane Schramm and Mary Ann Blasco (Al).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
