He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren G. Hutchins and Madge E. King Hutchins; and his brother Randall Hutchins. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice E. Ramage (Ed) of Caldwell, Melita A. Smart (David) of Caldwell and Charles C. Hutchins of Dudley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724).
