She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Dailey and Hazel Carpenter Dailey; her husband Paul J. Wise; her son Joseph Wise; and her siblings, Mary Belle Larrick (Fred Gilbert), Virginia Tucker (Bill), Ila Hardesty (Charles), Wanda Leach (Gervis), Herzel Dailey (Eunice) and John Dailey (Myra).

She is survived by : her children, Kenny Wise (Janeen) of Caldwell and Barbara Lashley (Dale) of Norwich, OH; her grandchildren, Rachel Wise, Ryan Wise (Andrea), Tracy Wise, Kayla Buckey (James), Kristen Miller (B. J.), Matthew Lashley (Lindsey) and Kaci Willey (Clint); her daughter-in-law Brenda Wise of Summerfield; and her siblings-in-law, Royden Wise (Shirley) of Caldwell and Lila Wise of Barnesville. She is also survived by eight great-grandsons and seven great-granddaughters.
