He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Foreman and Nina Omera Foreman; his son Matthew C. Foreman; his grandson Matthew C. Foreman, II; and his brothers, Jim and Joe Foreman.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce Anne Balind Foreman; his children, Kimberly Jo Goodson of Wadsworth and Scott Alan Foreman (Joyce A.) of New Philadelphia; and his daughter-in-law Laura L. Calaway of Wadsworth. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
