He is survived by : his wife Nancy Jo Cox Clark; his children, Betty Jo Due (Merron) of Lufkin, TX, Debra Clark of Caldwell and James Clark Jr. (Teresa) of Caldwell; his siblings, Rosa King of Caldwell and Joseph E. Clark of Pleasant City, OH.; and his caregivers, Ann, Jada, Kathy and Donald. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and their spouses and 13 great-grandchildren.
