He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Pangle and Stella Angelo Pangle; his daughter Teresa Alice Shelton; and his siblings, Janice Williams, Carol Roberts, Shirley Fogle, Earl "Bill" Pangle, Jr. and Richard "Dick" Pangle.

He is survived by : his wife Rose Marie Marks Pangle; his daughters, Susan A. Schwytzer (John) of West Milton, Jennifer A. Hesson (Michael) of Dexter City and Sandra A. Senter (Michael) of Mansfield; and his brother Jack Pangle (Mary) of Caldwell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
